Artist ''Margaret Olley'' and Me?

Turns out that the late Margaret Olley and I have a lot in common we both had/have a LoVe of house hold clutter/treasures & objects d'art ! can you see the resemblance!  Bric-a-brac galore' in my case ready to be photographed  in Margaret s  hat factory ready to be painted.........

So see my grown children its not hoarding' its ART! as Margaret had paintbrushes & paint I have my camera, tripod,lenses and many many cluttered ''things'' that I love & that give me inspiration & happiness!

I know I even hang pictures on the wall that nobody can see ''but I can see it  when I put my coffee down on the little table and that reminds me I  don't have as many tables as darling Margaret had!

Call me Mrs Flower pot ok potty dotty more like it !

 I have collected junky treasure's for ever'  many times I bring in broken junk but 'we' fix it & Like my Chinese Empress who lost her head a bit of glue & all new again priceless!

 So you see my husband' I have been telling you for ages you are married to a true artist ''no not a ''nutta' an Artist! so when I say I can not cook dinner to night because I am an artist or I say so' dear you have no clean washing because you are married to an artist, and when the house becomes so cluttered you can no longer find ME remember like Margaret we are both ''wonderful'' Artist! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So thank you darling' Margaret' Olley  for giving me inspiration to Love what I do & enjoy my cluttered lounge/studio take thousands of more photos  & fill my home with flowers & LoVe  & to live till I am 88/100 & enjoy my life more than 'ever'............Pamela

Healing Roses & yellow fields of happiness...

I met a very sad lady' a shop assistance' she broke down in the store I was in. While serving me' she started to cry 'sobbing' she apologized then went on to say she lost her mum four months ago, I listened to her telling me about  her last few weeks with her mum. She went on to say she thought her mum came back to visit her in the early morning just before light, I said it most probably was your mum letting you know she is still with you, more tears then we had a laugh' we hugged and I went on my way.

Grief is a strange thing you never know when its going to hit you' but one thing I have learnt over the years is don't fight it go with the flow and cry cry & cry its normal and you have to let it out its your pain and you can not hang on to it any longer than you have to ( LET IT OUT ) it will come on you  when you least expect it, its different for every body on how long it can last but if you feel you can not cope then you have to ask for help! its like the lady today to talk even to a stranger  helps you get though a little of your grief........    

 'healing flower's' to every one who is dealing with Grief 

Few years ago I was having a bath relaxing I asked my mum, could she send me a sign that she was happy' the sign had to be flowers or the word flowers. Anyway by the end of that week I was driving back from the airport I had picked up my  pick up my daughter & her husband' they were returning from a trip to Adelaide. My daughter started to tell me that when the plane left Adelaide as  the plane was climbing it flew over a 'huge' crop of the most beautiful yellow ''flower''s she has ever seen 'mum it was a amazing my daughter said......... I was totally in another AAahhhhh moment !

So happy your  ''happy'' mum!

Footy season and ''chocolate-croissants''

Footy season has started' poor me I have to stay in my bedroom with smaller TV.  Watch what ever I like for the next six an half months/read when ever. Listen to music, eat as much cadbury /hot chocolate/ red-wine' write my blog. While my hubby is going nut's crazy nut's all 'alone' poor 'poor' darling it's going to be tough 'I tell you' would I lie really would I!!!!!!!! 

Forgot to mention the lounge also becomes a shrine to his footy not 'kidding' out comes the flag's the footy pillow's footy memorabilia yes even a teddy bear and the footy short's shirt and sock's yep been waiting for him to out grow it but at 73 think I have to get used to it what do you think? aaarrr he has just popped his head around the door to say footy today is very hard & fast emm maybe he's worn out a little 'poor pet' it did take him sometime to set the speakers in perfect spot behind his favorite chair! 

Wish I had sound' It's INCREDIBLE the talking he does to these fellows & if they don't score, he has to have a massive walk around the room! And if they do score well he has this thing he does with his arm and his leg goes up behind the other like he's in a running race!  funny I just took up all the old carpet 'yep'' the under felt around his chair was in pieces I couldn't work it out 'silly me'' 

Now don't go thinking why I don't like the footy 'I do' but I don't need to watch it, as I will be told every inch of the game in detail while I ''sleep'' 

While hubby has been eagerly waiting the footy to start, I on the other hand have been eagerly wishing to win  win Lotto so I could visit old London Town, it would be perfect time to go away for six month's imagine ''Portobello Road markets'  Covent Garden, more vintage markets underground to Paris for a glass of wine and more markets. Art gallery's, CHOCOLATE 'CROISSANTS''   BJ and his footy wouldn't  even know I was gone, I tell you when I return he would say well Honey ''There is always next year! ''dreamsdocometrue''

''Healing'' flowers Blooming wonderful!

Hope everyone can feel the healing energy I am sending you'r way' though my gorgeous flower's.......

 I have a great Love for flowers no matter 'what' I try to have fresh flowers in my home once a week' not just because they make your home look nice or it's someone's birthday.       Rather because I feel they help heal me in some kinda possy rosy way' I do have a ''mind'' that's always fully on the go never seams to slow down so when I sit for coffee/tea & look at these beautiful roses' gerberas, I am in aaaahhhh moment honestly and just like 'magic' they are very calming !    

Maybe I am a flower 'Nut' but just LoVe them all & they LoVe me back!

I'll give you a daisy a day 'dear'  I'll give you a daisy a day!   I'll will love you until the rivers run still  & and the four winds we know blow away

They don't have to cost you an arm or leg' I get mine at the local markets and very cheap!   $6/7 Dollar's a bunch. I spend more on chocolate emm that's another post! tooomuchchocolate...... 

One little flower can mean so much!
